About Us

The Bellini story began in 1968, when our grandparents Giovanni & Lucia left Florence, Italy, to follow their American Dream in Brooklyn. They opened a small boutique that became a beloved part of the neighborhood for over 50 years.

Today, we – their grandchildren Marco & Sofia – are continuing that legacy online, bringing Italian heritage and timeless style to a new generation.

Position: E-Commerce & Customer Experience Assistant

📍 Location: Remote (U.S. based)
🕒 Type: Part-time / Flexible

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with daily e-commerce operations (Shopify product updates, inventory checks, content uploads).

  • Provide warm and personal customer support via email/social channels – always reflecting our family values.

  • Help plan and execute marketing campaigns on Meta and other platforms.

  • Collaborate with us (Marco & Sofia) to bring creative ideas that grow the Bellini brand.

  • Act as a bridge between our heritage story and our customers’ experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or customer service.

  • Strong knowledge of Shopify, Meta Ads, or similar platforms is a plus.

  • Excellent written and spoken English (Italian heritage or language is a bonus, but not required).

  • Passion for fashion, storytelling, and heritage-driven brands.

  • Organized, proactive, and excited to work in a close-knit, family-driven team.
